Fees and Reschedule

I. Processing Fees (based on Class-A licensing)

Class-A Exam-Application to PSI ---------- $ 75 - three portions
(Openbook) Text material ----------------- $ 55 - plus tax & S/H

VA Pre-Licensing 8-hour mandatory class ------$169 - by Millennium (up to $300 by others)

- We Millennium offering the GUARANTEED Class-A Prep classes, of 16 hours, for four(4) nights on Monday & Thursday nights - every 6 weeks.

VA State Class-A License Application ---------- $ 265 (for 2 years)

II. Our Millennium's Class Reschedules

In order to accommodate a student schedule change, we will reschedule a student once free of charge no less than 5 working days prior to the seminar. There is a 50% fee for subsequent reschedules.

?100% refund.........up to 5 working days prior to seminar date

? 50% credit.............less than 4 working days or missing the class.

(This credit is valid for 4 weeks from the original class date).

? Cancellation 5 working days or less prior to the start of a course:

Registrants who fail to appear (no shows), or cancel attendance , will be invoiced the 50% tuition credit for the next class to reschedule. No refunds will be available to those of no rescheduling or canceling students.

Substitutions:

Should a confirmed participant be unable to attend and wishes to substitute their seat at the seminar with another individual, a request must be made to the Millennium (MIC) prior to the start of the seminar and the substitution may be accepted at $10 charge.
