» 8 Hour Prelicensing Business Course (Required for all initial contractor license applications)
» HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing courses on Formal Vocational Training (from 40 to max. 240 hours to qualify taking PSI Journeyman exams to pass).
» Electrical Licensees' 3 hour CE Seminar (for Renewal requirement)
- Licensing Exam Prep Courses:
» VA Contractor Class-A Exam Prep
8-hour Prelicensing certificate required (see Package Course if you have not taken VA 8-hour Prelicensing Course)
» VA Package Course in SPANISH -
Every Wednesday night (6-10 pm).
» MD MHIC Exam Prep
Offer monthly - One day to pass the PSI test (Sat. 1-8 pm)
Offering the MHIC in Spanish (Bi-monthly)
Two days: Friday (7-9 pm) & Saturday (1-8 pm) - seating is limited.
» Electrical Master License Prep (VA & MD) started 2/23 (every Tuesday nights).
Total 30 hour courses for passing the PSI test (of 10 nights).
Best instructor(s) on all exam topic will help you - passing the test easily.
» Master HVAC Exam Prep (VA & MD) starting in April.

Orientation w/ Basic Math test will be held in 1st class..
Journeyman (Formal Vocational Training) for HVAC & Electrician course (max. 240 hours; authorised by VA DPOR) will start in April.
