We Ace Tech open this class as soon as July 9 to re-start. The class location will be in Silver Spring location.
- All class hours, experience requirement, and fees will be posted in our website - www.contractVA.com
- We have the FREE Seminar before the class, then starting the class twice a week (6:00-9:30 pm) with minimum 10 weeks – for the class required by MD & VA.
- Your knowledge on home building construction and experience will be an issue of the class hours and the exam preparation.

Qualifications to Become a Licensed Maryland Home Inspector as of 10/01/2008
a) At least 72 hours class room instruction approved by the Commission: we, Millennium, authorized the training course from MD DLLR (as of April, 2011).
b) A high school diploma or equivalent
c) Pass the National Home Inspector Examination
d) Carry general liability insurance of no less than $50,000.00
