Once you register, you will receive all the class materials by mail, and we guarantee a 6-month enrollment period in which you can join your class anytime you want. Due to COVID-19, we offer more options to ease the effects of the event. Also, we have spacious classrooms for up to 9 sittings for social distancing.
VA Electrician Master/Journeyman Exam Prep
VA Class A/B Business Exam Prep with Pre-license

Location / Dates: 4-night online class from May 2 (6-9 pm)
The class textbook (& also to carry to PSI exam) included in your tuition ($795): Mike Holt’s Electrical Exam Preparation (based on the 2017 NEC). We are expecting you have the 2017 NEC Codebook (or buy from us).
We’ve had 90-95% passing rate for Virginia Electrical License/Master Electrician exam.

VA Home Improvement Contractor Exam Prep
HVAC/EPA CFC 9-Hour Online Exam Prep + Test


Location / Dates: 3-day online class from May 17 (6-9 pm)


Location / Dates: 3-day online class on May 19, 26, June 2, (5-8pm) plus test on June 9 (1-6pm)
For Core, Type I, Type II, Type III, and Universal (all three types).
To become certified, you must pass a written or oral test consisting of multiple-choice questions. There are four sections to the test. The first is the Core, which must be passed, along with at least one of the three other sections. For heating, air conditioning and refrigeration technicians, the EPA has three levels of certification:
- Type I – Small Appliances
- Type II – High Pressure Appliances
- Type III – Low Pressure Appliances
Proof of certification is required to purchase refrigerants covered by Section 608 regulations.

MD Home Improvement Contractor(MHIC) Exam Prep
VA Commercial Improvement Contractor(CIC) Exem Prep


Location / Dates: 1-day expedited class on May 20 (12-6 pm) at McLean/Tysons
Home improvement work includes alteration, remodeling, repair or replacement of a building or part of a building used as a residence. Home improvement also includes work done on individual condominium units.

Location / Dates: 4-day online class from May 26 (4-7 pm)
CIC specialty will give you opportunity to participate in commercial project contracts in Commonwealth Virginia without CBC specialty which is the broad coverage of subject areas. If you do not qualify for CBC but you want to work on commercial projects in improving service levels. This exam prep will give you important guidelines to prepare for the CIC specialty exam.

RBC (Residential Business Contractor) Exam Prep


Location / Dates: 8-day online class from May 30 (4-7 pm)
Want the ability to read and understand construction drawings and Specifications? Want understand the Codes in Residential and Commercial projects clearly Six (6) nights for basic mastery class demonstrates; (may flexible depending on student’s interest)


Location / Dates: 4-day online class from June 4 (9 am – 12 pm)
To be LICENSED as Virginia RBC (Residential Building Contractor), you must pass the RBC Part – administered by PSI – to confirm that you have attained at least a minimum level of knowledge regarding the principles, practices, statutes and regulations on Building technology.
